Lomarra posts within Australia only at this stage.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes we would love you to do this if you are in Sydney and this is absolutely FREE. Please choose PICK UP from the shipping options at Checkout. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the collection address and pick up instructions. 

How much does postage cost?

Shipping is available within Australia for a flat rate of $9.99. Glass is one of the most expensive products to ship. Not only is it fragile but it is also very heavy. We use a number of different courier companies and Australia Post to ensure the best shipping rates for you and the safety of your products. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day).  Australian orders will generally arrive within 3-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.
