No, LOMARRA products are all completely sulphate and paraben free. At LOMARRA, our goal is to create the most luxurious, natural Australian products using only ingredients that are truly necessary. For us this includes water, vinegar, and a unique blend of native Australian essential oils. That is it!

Essential oils naturally break down plastic, which can compromise the effectiveness of your cleaner and introduce harmful chemicals and microplastics into the mix. We use glass because it's non-reactive, fully recyclable, and keeps your product as pure and powerful as nature intended.

We use only dark, black glass bottles for our products to keep sunlight out. Sunlight breaks down the essential oils, weakening their power and destroying their unique scents. 

All LOMARRA products are made by hand in small batches in Sydney, Australia.

Vanessa Armstrong, the Founder and CEO of LOMARRA, was born in Scotland to two very patriotic Scottish parents. LOMARRA, is a Scottish Gaelic word meaning 'bare or naked' as this is what LOMARRA is all about. Getting back to basics and only using ingredients in our products that are truly necessary. You don’t need the hard to pronounce ingredients to achieve a hygienic home. Studies have shown that cleaning a surface with a vinegar and essential oil mixture actually does a better job of cleaning viruses and bacteria than harmful bleach. The unique combination of essential oils we use in all our LOMARRA products do all the work for you without compromising yours or your families and pets health.

LOMARRA is about reconnecting to our Australian bush. Australia is gifted with unique and powerful essential oils that are grown sustainably and without the use of any chemicals. We have chosen to use ONLY Australian essential oils in our products for this reason. Many overseas essential oils are far from sustainably produced. The history of Australian essential oils starts thousands of years ago. Indigenous people across all parts of Australia used hundreds of native Australian plants for a variety of medicinal uses. Most of the time, it was the essential oils in those plants they were benefiting from. Australian plants were used for colds, cuts, sores, sore or swollen muscles, skin complaints and repelling insects.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 Australia wide. Glass is one of the most expensive products to ship. Not only is it fragile but it is also very heavy. We use several different courier companies and Australia Post to ensure the best shipping rates for you and the safety of your products.

Yes we would love you to do this if you are in Sydney and this is absolutely FREE. Please choose PICK UP from the shipping options at Checkout. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the collection address and pick up instructions. 

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed, or the next business day. Generally Australian orders will arrive within 3-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.
